Identifi Global is thrilled to support NeuroCyber2, part of a series of events designed to grow the engagement, inclusion, and understanding of neurodivergent people whose skills are so suited to cyber.
What is NeuroCyber:2 and what’s it all about?
Our neurodivergent population has so much to contribute to the world of cybersecurity, but few people are aware of the roles and resources available.
Cyber Security Challenge UK, supported by the Cyber Neurodiversity Group, is running the next Neuro:Cyber 2 event. This is part of a series of events designed to grow the engagement, inclusion, and understanding of neurodivergent people whose skills are so suited to cyber.
The UK Cabinet Office Deputy Director for the National Cyber Security Strategy, Mark Sayers, will lead the agenda which will bring together top industry insights from our sponsors, Northrop Grumman, BT, and Titania, among others including the National Crime Agency (NCA), alongside an afternoon of interactive workshops and showcase activities.
Hiring managers, HR professionals from STEM industries as well as parents and teachers are encouraged to attend to get a better understanding of what’s involved in implementing, and joining, an internal neuro programme. Attendees will also be invited to join in our closing panel discussion on determining discussion points for our Leaders Breakfast in London on 5 December 2018.
Learn more about steganography with KRASHLABS and join a platform demo with Immersive Labs. Generation H3x will also be there to guide young people through cyber careers activities.
Delegates will have the chance to attend presentations, as well as listen to industry insights from sponsors and speakers. Two workshops will follow the conference session focusing on HR processes and implementing a neuro programme and how best to drive a national framework that has the power to affect real change. A panel discussion will take place to draw out discussion points for our ‘Leaders’ Breakfast’ taking place in London on 5 December 2018 – your attendance and contributions are welcome.
There will also be space for a limited number of stands to promote cyber careers for neurodivergent people with skills that are in high demand in the cyber industry. Showcases include Generation H3x, KRASHLABS, and Immersive Labs.
