For this episode of The People First series, we’re joined by Stéphanie Hamon, Head of Legal Operations Consulting at Norton Rose Fulbright. 

 

During the episode, Stéphanie talks us through her journey into the legal sector, explaining that she took a relatively unconventional route to get there. Being born and raised in France, Stéphanie moved to England with the hope of improving her English skills for her eventual career in marketing, but the only job available was in a law firm. It was from here that Stéphanie’s admiration for the industry grew. 20 years later, she’s still very much a part of it!

 

Whilst virtually sitting down with our host Pete Saunders, Stéphanie goes into detail about her role at Norton Rose Fulbright and what working as the Head of Legal Operations really entails.

 

With the after effects of COVID still lurking, Stéphanie also lets our listeners know what her own people challenges were, and gives us some brilliant advice to make sure that you’re leading by example.
